second Grade

Veronica was raised in Cherry Valley. In High School, a school secretary led her to the Lord; she planted the seed.  After High School she attended Cal State San Bernardino and worked for Bank of America. There she met the Love of her Life Ryan, they were married in 1998.  Ryan along with the beautiful people God has placed in her life has been watering the seed. She knew she wanted to work in education, she holds Gods truth highly that “Children are a gift from God” (Psalm 127:3).  After they were married she went to work for Yucaipa Christian School.

After a couple of years she wanted to use her Bilingual Skills so she started working at Yucaipa-Calimesa School District as an English Language Tutor.  During that time she received her degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Redlands.  When she finished her credential she was hired as a Kindergarten teacher.  In January 2006, she found out she was expecting. For the past 12 years she has had the greatest pleasure of her life of being a mother to her son Kai and daughter Lanai. She has been gone from teaching for eleven years but believes that she has learned many valuable skills during her time as a full time mother.  She completed her Masters Degree and has continued learning about children alongside her own children through their schooling and serving in Children’s ministry.

As a teacher, she hopes to motivate students in ascertaining their inner strengths and abilities discovering what truly inspires them.  She aims to follow God’s calling to be a “living curriculum” to provide a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to trust their own opinions, while fostering confidence in order for students to realize their full God-given potential. She hopes to instill the love of learning and a desire for knowledge within each student while teaching them the Love of Truth not forgetting to teach them the Truth of Love.  She is honored with the opportunity to once again be able to work in the classroom and excited to Bloom where God has planted her.
